Honestly not a huge fan. It’s far, not much to do and schools aren’t great. There are other burbs that offer more growth or higher schools.

Good evening! My family and I are looking to move to the outskirts of Austin from Killeen. We haven’t decided on a location but looking for a house in the low $300,000. Is it possible to find a nice house in a good location with nice schools for that price range? Thank you!

Hey there 👋🏻 Since schools are a priority that’s going to be the most important part of your search. If you haven’t already, make sure to check out the top rated schools and then see the price range the homes fall in.

are there any affordable (250k-380k) homes that are near asian/oriental grocery stores and not too far commute to places with lots of jobs (preferably auto service, engineering, and call centers) and medical services (primary care and specialists... ortho)?

Hey there, Somewhat- it depends what kind of a commute you’re looking for. Round Rock and Leander have some homes in the 300s. I know Manor does too, but is more removed. What size range are you looking for ?

Hi everyone, here are five of the best suburbs in the Austin area. Unfortunately, crime is somewhat of an issue and the schools aren’t great but hey, I’m really cute and think I’m funny so please like and subscribe. Don’t forget, I’m gonna show you some data that I’m vaguely familiar with not to mention that it doesn’t support the title of my video. I usually get by on my looks, so please forgive me for my lack of preparedness.
