As someone who’s been living in Doral for over 20 years, what you said about the language con is absolutely true. No one in this place speaks a lick of English. That’s a major problem.

Expensive, very plain architecture, all looks the same, to much Spanish population, little crazy. I love mountains, homes with front yard and back tard.
