I disagree… The facade of the homes in hidden hills are starting to look exactly like each other … that’s not good 10 years from now ….it dates the whole community like how the 90’s Mediterranean style has done to Calabasas makes it look like a track development … 6 bedroom ? And not having a guest house on a lot this big is a major negative for a buyer of $40M … these buyers have 20 family members who are broke and they get every opportunity to come and stay at uncle Richy’s house … detach guesthouse is very important…. The last negative is just very subjective
Also, the price is a massive reach. The land is originally where Jennifer Lopez used to live. JLo's house was on 3.1 acres, but the developers who bought her house have divided the lot to construct two houses. They should have kept it as one plot of land and refurbished her existing house. Then the house would have been quite the statement and have more ingenuity!
JoLo: You might want to also check out 1492 Stone River Canyon which JoLo currently has for sale. Arvin did an excellent job of covering it last month (Oct 23rd).
The house looks lovely, but it's way too much for Hidden Hills. If I had to live in 'The Valley', with that calibre of money, I would much rather live in The Estates of The Oaks and have a south-facing garden on Prado De La Felicidad. Far more exclusive! Undisturbed Priceless Views!!!
I agree with the facade.. "So hidden hills" 17k sqft and 1.6 acre, 6 bd for 39 mill is way too much.. Except for Kim K's house, I dont think theres a house worth that in Hidden Hills
Sure the interior is nice, but is the exterior that: I mean, $40 mil nice? To live next door to Kardashians (who I love) who are public people, that pendulum of public worship can swing to any direction overnight due abuse allegations, or a drunk driving incident, or whatever. I say overpriced to the max, buy somewhere else.
Its like a light yin yang to the dark 24350 Bridle Trail Rd which is way more homey and cozy but has no views. Its a very nice 27 mil house, 40 mil is just a libtarded fantasy! For 40 mil you get the f****g ENSO villa in la zagaleta ffs and euro homes are light years beyond the very best LA has to offer without the insane traffic outside! Arvin, you need to do an ep that brings up the disparity between the poor shit that the americans call elite villas and what marbella has to offer where things like indoor pools are standard in 10mil and above homes. If a foreigner should decide between say the best bel air has to offer vs spain there is simply put no comparison between those two!
@@ArvinHaddadOfficial Sure, glad to help. The reason why I write this comment is because nobody out there, not even Enes, ever talks about some things many viewers want to know more about as architectural differences for example why LA high end homes look so "bad" compared to modern Vegas architecture in say, mcdonalds ranch and blue heron dev or what are the costs of actually owning a 30 mil villa. We all see them and dream but nobody can answer how it actually is to own one with costs, work, upkeep etc. I think that would attract viewers. Most new devs in spain dont have adreses on gmaps so I cant give you adreses BUT I know where they are and could save you time by finding them for you and giving you map coordinates to almost all if you like. Here are a few nice links to realtors showing of their objects.. The developments are mostly in la zagaleta, sierra blanca and sotogrande between gibraltar and marbella. Its like they are building a new "hollywood" over there but clean and without heavy traffic, homelessness or high crime. The weather is 90% the same. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GLMyQ1tzN4k.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pimFGyF6WRA.html Not yet ready but a few pics can be found online. This in INSANE! It would come with a 200mil asking price in LA easy! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QV-9Wz4u_pA.html Look at the channels of these realtors. Many of these houses arent even shown on gmaps, they are newer then said maps but I can coordinate them for you if you need. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vgYQgvwzSvI.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IFTdAS3hY4s.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QfU4-iU8tL8.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YRjq_xcL068.html My favorite: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IPBIsaqQv5g.html 36.52589403255306, -5.024149895186167 Cullinan for example is here, just put the coords in gmaps. 36.532406447896065, -5.01191674206273 Portugal has a nice spot as well around Albufeira. Again, how come amenities like indoor pool are absent in the US market and certain cities (LA) are mostly stuck with old, boring architecture while vegas goes wild and how much will a 20mil house set you back yearly etc etc. Nobody talks about the details and I like your channel because you at least bring up both negative and positive points which is a fresh breeze.
