Live near the Village and you will have a chance to participate in the next " Protect your house from rioters because the police a re holed up in their fortress" day. It happened to us, I WAS also a native for over 60 years and we moved out ASAP.
Starter homes at about $750k for first time buyers is pretty standard in San Diego - but for buyers in lower price points. Townhomes and condos are a great place to start, build up equity and roll it into a single family home
Yup! That is true! 🥵 But if you're like me- I crave hot summer days = pool parties and bbq’s! We lived closer to the beach for years and it was 70 and nice - rarely pool weather tho 🤷🏻♀️
