half of south shore is nevada. all casinos nevada. big time entertainment in casinos

@@laketahoeliving Too many people beyond the carrying capacity of the environment. The fact that so many impacts have to be mitigated to make them less impactful points to that. And no, there is no remedy under law, but the natural world only acts according to chemistry, biology and physics…not law or human culture.

Ahh totally depends on your wants and if u have a family. We love north because we don’t do casinos and nightlife because of the littles. Are u relocating?

Although I have no interest in casinos or nightlife, I'd probably do South Lake just because I'm single and don't want to get too isolated. And yes, interested in finding a place to rent in the area in the next few months!

lol...aside from the wildfires you just describes southern marin county where i live. Then again most of them have rental property or homes in tahoe. Instead of racoons you have bears raiding the garbage cans 😂

I could go on and on but I have a life to lead. CA sucks big time, DeSantis proved it by exposing it during the debate with Gavin Nuisance.
