Love Pensacola and Perdido Key. Within 5 years, husband and I will have a place in this area. We love the sound of the Blue Angels overhead, there's nothing like it.

I would probably buy a inland property just in case another hurricane comes through and so my insurance won’t be as high neither

Sure looks nice and prices seem normal! Very original video, about a place I have never seen mentioned here. I have a hunch the housing is about to explode upward, just based on the hiring that is going on online. You can scroll it forever, loan officer, agent, inspector, underwriter, originator, etc.. I think they know something is coming. Thanks

I rented at the Sea Spray back in the 80s while going through flight school. Great memories right on the beach! Wish I would have bought back then, maybe we'll choose to come back for retirement.
