Hi Jonna, Another brilliant video! Santa Monica is a beautiful neighborhood with amazing homes. Excellent details above a neighborhood that accommodates all different lifestyles. It works for single young people, families and older people but yes, the traffic can be a challenge on the main roads.
I grew up in Santa Monica. Santa Monica use to be a place where the low class and middle class could afford to live in the city. It has gentrified soo much, that neither of those social classes can live. The development is out of control, knocking building after building only to build expensive apartments. Then we have the crime train bringing in the homeless that assault innocent people and children. One six year old was attacked by a homeless. A innocent man sat in his car was gunned down by a homeless woman. Santa Monica has gone down the toilet. I miss the Santa Monica I grew up in a small quiet town by the beach.
Yup Santa Monica has been having problems with homeless and crime for a while - years but the area IS being cleaned up bc the residents had enough! I appreciate your comment!

Get real! You'd better be super wealthy!! Your rentals will be like 3000 a month at the lowest.😂Lincoln used to be a not so great area. It borders bad/ rough areas. You want to be North of Wilshire. From 20th st going West. That's your prime area!
