Can I ask you a serious question? Or serious ish ..What was better for the housing market? Time during Trump or time during Biden? Just in terms of business. People buying houses. House prices in your area and usa in general and etc.
Hi Sunny, great question. Depends on your mode of transport. From the Short Hills Station to Penn Station can be less than 40 mins. If you are driving from Short Hills station to Manhattan's West Side is about 20 miles it would take you about 35 to 45 mins depending on traffic, time of day, and which direction you are going. "As the crow flies" Short Hills is about 16 miles west of the city. I hope that helps!!
Hi, apologies for the slow response. Do you mean from the train station? It would probably be too far to walk. The other thing is most of Short Hills doesn't have side walks so even if it was it may not be the most comfortable thing to do. Do you mind me asking where you are watching from? Near to NJ or from far away?
You have clearly spent a lot of time making this videos. Someone needs to give you honest feedback. These videos are not very helpful, and frankly a little annoying. For example - the title implies that we'll see info about Short Hills....hopefully since this is a video site, an actual video of the area. Instead what we are subjected to is seeing your face 90% of the time; and you drone on about things like California Pizza Kitchen. WTF?
