Yes you can take advantage of Beckham’s law and you can get around 3800 in-hand per month. The income tax in spain is a progressive tax same as in India and it ranges from 13% to 53%.

One more thing, is it a wise decision to move to spain leaving 24lpa package in india (this my wife is earning) and i got an offer of 65k euro in spain.. so if she move with me she have to leave 24 lpa job. With Beckham’s law you can get 150-200 euros more because the law applies till 60000 euros only and after 60000 euros income you will be taxed at 45%. There are plenty of IT jobs in Barcelona and Madrid. Your wife can easily get a job of minimum 50000 euros too. I think with overall combined salary of you both you can have a good life in Spain. The salary is not very high you will get around 2700 euros in hand per month but you can live comfortably in the amount if you rent outside city center but will not be able to save much. If you want to move to spain you can take the opportunity and eventually find a job with better salary or you can also move to another European country.
