Hallandale Bch is nice in the rich area. But property taxes and homeowner insurance is more than most can afford. Not counting crime

Moved here right after 9/11,my younger brother moved in 98.Lots of New Yorkers here as well. It has more than doubled since we moved here.There are jobs here but not very high paying.One of the best restaurants is Nouvelle on Spring Hill d.r. off of Mariner.

Couple of questions cuz I lived in Tampa for 2 years and the blazing blazing heat and when 8 million people would leave Florida during the summer time because it was so blazing hot and most of the businesses closed what is the summer heat what is the summer heat in spring Hill

It’s hot everywhere in florida in the summer. Spring Hill is no exception. But I’ve never seen businesses close in florida because of the heat.

Nah i got a 10k square foot vacant lot there but sold it and bought a condo in the bay area California. Its a 485 sq foot condo but i love my location.

Truth of the matter is Spring Hill economy is driven by retired people. You are right if you are not in the medical field it could be hard to find good paying jobs. The service industry is good as well. Housing has doubled since 2019. But so has it everywhere else.
