St.Vital has always been a great place for everything!!

Bought my house June 1983 in St. Vital and paid $38,000.00. In 2024 I only pay $133.00 a month property taxes. Have lived in Winnipeg for 72 years.

I miss living at st annes/st vitals. Manitoba housing had to bring me to logan. Wish i can be back to st vitals asap

Very valuable information, is it easy to rent a house (one bedroom and one living room) in the community?

We can't comment as much on the rental space, as we don't really work in the rental business. There are often rentals available in the area though - the best places to check are Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Rentals.ca
