My parents were looking at the Horizons 55+ community but in speaking to current residents there is a belief amongst the community that the amenity center isn’t going to be built. Apparently it has been sitting vacant with no appearance of construction. Have you heard of this or sold in that neighborhood?

Hello - I believe they will build it. We sell a lot of homes in there. Construction trailer on site now and curbing already done. We should see movement in next two months I bet. Don’t know for sure but that’s my guess - Mark

@@CharlestonAreaLiving thanks for getting back so quickly. I think they are going to pass on it for now. Can’t afford to buy a house at their age thinking they might get something that never develops and than some legal stuff happens. Never heard of homes being built but the infrastructure doesn’t. Side note we enjoy your videos
