Hi! My name is Heidi, and I've lived in Tokyo since 2019. I started out as a Japanese language student and since then I've passed the JLPT N4, JLPT N3, and N2 levels.
In my free time, I love exploring what Japan has to offer: from eating delicious Japanese food, cafe hopping, traveling to different prefectures and so much more. In this channel I document my life in Japan. Come join me!

Agree 😂 Actually most of the food we tried had a slight sweetness to it! Must be the taste palette but delicious nonetheless 😂

Hi Heidi, I'm a student coming to Japan for programming. I will be going to Osaka in April 2024. Regarding programming, which schools are there in Japan and which universities or collages should I attend? Can you give me any recommendations please? about programming in japan...

Hello! I never studied programming nor do I have friends in Osaka who have, so it may be best to look for people who have and ask for their experience. Hope you find a good school! ☺️

That cooking class looks interesting! May I know the name of the school and where? I want to attend a cooking class in Japan if possible🍱 Wow those fruit sandwiches look yum😋 Nice to see weather is cold❄️💨 I’m the opposite in terms of hair bec I straighten mine since I’m curly😅

It was a cooking class hosted by a local church community ☺️ I'm not so sure if itll be a regular thing but maybe the next time you're in town you can check out the Denenchofu church and ask there! 💖 Yes the fruit sandwiches were so decadent lol couldnt eat it for breakfast. 😅 Oh really? If ever you have a chance to buy Unove I would definitely recommend it 🥰❤️

It feels like you are much more open to film in public since you purchased the smaller camera. You see a difference in people’s behaviour now? I’m asking because I mainly film with my phone even though I have cameras but I feel that people care less when you have a phone in yours hands, in comparison with a camera. Any tips for me? 😁 Loved your video by the way. Always natural and yourself. 🙂

Yes!! I think its because it doesnt take up so much space and people can't pin it down. For me, while I used to film with a big camera Id just say I would never see these people again so might as well just use my camera and enjoy filming 🥰 Thank you for watching Emily!
