The second was definitely the best with the large balcony and the pool view. The first was incredible value for just 33,000 GBP. Those front doors would be just about strong enough to keep out even the most angry Thai Lady 😂😂😂

I liked these too! I was kind of partial to the studio because of the price, but i loved the terrace on the 2nd one (except the AC sitting near the table, but that can't always be helped!) Good job, as always! :)

Very well built & designed…nice & spacious condos here and good value too. Much better than the shoeboxes nowadays in Patt Jomtien areas. Remember Tudor court being built as by UK guy who made sure the building & walls were substantial compared to others. Always good to see the properties with an honest real estate agent. 🤔😉😎

I like unit #2 78 sm. The last 78 sm unit on the 4th floor had some issues: space between the bed and the wardrobe closet is really tight. The shower stall is small. That hidden window from the bedroom to the corridor is stupid and compromises security. Keep up the good work buddy. Closing in on 10K.

Very nice condos. Love the one with lots of counter space, oven, large covered balcony, fans. Needs another table and chairs set and a fridge that opens on the other side but otherwise it's one of the best I've seen. It would show better with the table and chairs inside and a patio set on the balcony but that's just the ex-realtor in me talking.

I had a bit of a laugh at the last unit shown because the front door is like a bank vault door but then in the bedroom, there's a frosted glass window and wood panel that leads to a common hallway......not that there's any break ins probably in that area anyhow.

A friend of me have a townhouse in pattaya he got from his dead father. If he sell this house that is in a company name how can he transfer the name of the direktor to the buyer?

Those long corridors are useless and a complete waste of space. In a big house they'd be fine but not is a small condo.
