I love the design, but concrete and polyurethene shouldn't be used in their construction. It can however be build from wood, haybales, and clay. It's been done in Wales for a many centuries, and the practice has moved to Denmark in newer times. My wife and I plan to build a home like that.
I think you have incredible creative designs and I love the flow you create. I love the harmony and simplicity and melding the home with the earth. Its a win win with a happy grin! Thanks for sharing . I would love to have a home like this so will have to find out more about it and see if it could happen here in Central B.C.Canada
Nothing about the systems in the house? Earth homes in South West USA, have back walls (north walls) that retain heat, recycle waste water to grow plants, collect rain water, use solar for lighting and cooking. Do these houses have similar systems ?
There would have to be an area built in the home without windows (to prevent glass shattering) but, otherwise, I believe an underground home may be similar to a bunker or basement
"The Crimean peninsula" is part of Ukraine, you didn't specify what parts of Germany and Switzerland the houses were built in. This is incorrect, and somewhat even supports Russian occupation.
I think they just wanted to avoid controversy, which apparently you're very keen to stir. Ffs, it's not a political statement, it's a video about houses, just chill...
@@sassytbc7923 sure, but I guess this was a custom design. See the other furniture as well. Just makes things more expensive and you are losing space with all the round things
@@dweuromaxx well, yes, i did have excellent teachers, thank you for asking! that was 60 years ago for kindergarten, and they spoke like grown ups and expected us to also. good content, so no, heidi, i wont just run away. i asked a question, why are so many commentators speaking with a sing song baby talk cadence? i noticed it a few years ago here in u.s., and just "changed the channel" (in fact got rid of tv altogether like so many others here have). Now, the you tube presenters are beginning to talk that way, i guess i am the only one here who notices? Perhaps i am just too many years out of kindergarten.
So I am trying to understand as it has an earth grass roof and a metal mesh structure what prevents people standing on the roof from being struck by lightening?
