Hey guys, This is Mana and today I wanna talk about my finances. 200 K, no! just 200 USD is what I earn as a teacher in Iran. I`m a millionaire in Iran as my monthly salary is 120 million Rials, but the currency doesn`t worth a lot ,1 so it`s just 200 dollars.
This video is gonna tell you how I spend my salary . Every chapter is gonna surprise you, coz you probably don`t know anything about Iran. I`ll talk about rent, transportation, food, and entertainment cost living in a small town in Iran. #finance

I know from my Iraq friends there's a dollar appetite in Iran, is that what foreigners have to do, come with a big bag of $$$? Or is the banking connection with Russia and China working well?

Iran is a cashless society and people pay almost everything using their debit card or an application. They can open a bank account in a local bank of Iran and get their own debit card. If you see them having a pile of money in hand, that`s coz it gets views on the Internet :) and, there`s no Russian/Chinese Bank here, not yet.

@@ManaMondial thanks, but "western" Visa MC work? Is there an Iranian "Revolut"? And, if you don't mind, are you guys warming up to "cryptopayments"?

Visa and Master don`t work here. Neo-banks exist, but they don`t use cryptos. Cryptos are common, but the payment is mostly limited to financial services like depositing for your forex trading account.

I know that many people do that from Turkey and Canada as there's a large population of Iranian diaspora there, but for Pakistan, you need to ask your compatriots who have already visited Iran. Sorry 😔
