Autumn Gray if you freeze the bread the bread won’t get stale, and mold can’t grow because all the moisture that would allow for mold to grow is frozen

I have been loving this😍 Taz, I am from Azerbaijan and we don’t love fancy sauces with salads. (It covers the flavour of veggies) We always choose one of the two options 1. Salt and pepper 2. Lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar. Much love. Doing great. It takes less money when you cook I think (pricing are so different here and there), but I understand you have covered this topic already☺️❤️

when my family was in poverty about 6 years ago morissons had the best deals we would get cabbage for 5p carrots for 6p and they would have old bananas and eggs which we would turn into a fun activity and make banana bread my mum wanted to make sure we ate as healthily as possible living off of £25 a week was hard but we all made it work

That is a myth, actually. It's worse if you let the food cool off at room temperature, because the food will take a whole lot longer to cool off, giving bacteria much more chance to thrive. A fridge is DESIGNED to chill food, so there is nothing wrong with making use of that. Obviously, a fridge is capable to cool off the food much faster than leaving it out to cool does. Also if you DO decide to leave it out to cool first, food can't be out in room temperature for more than two hours else it's becoming dangerous. So the risks from not chilling food immediately, are actually much higher.

At the start of this challenge I would have gone to fast food places and got free salt, pepper and sauces to make the food taste nicer. And I would buy eggs, veg and fruit on the first day and then buy sauces and stuff throughout the week
