i live in finland and my main store of choice is lidl, so seeing you hype about it was very funny :D btw, i totally think you should do this again, but buy things once in bulk for £7, as it's something that people with £1 budget per day do i'm a chef and i'm studying vegan/vegetarian nutrition right now and it's my hobby to try and come up with recipes that are cheap and don't require much action in the kitchen but still are nutritious so I can share with people who are interested in healthy but cheap and lazy vegan/vegetarian eating if you ever decide to repeat this challenge but with £7 for a week and you are interested in that - I could help you with the planning and recipes and general idea what you could eat and how to make it as diverse and healthy as it can be! cheers!

This series is bringing me memories of living in a homeless shelter. Except if you had day old bread, or food you knew you weren't gonna eat you'd put it on a table by the door. Anyone can take anything, and donate anything that was perishable. My family wasn't able to but one day I'll return there and fill the table up with so much food that everyone can eat that whole day without thinking about being hungry. I lived off of what was on that table, and I'd love to give back once I'm old enough ❤

Buy some cocoa powder and sugar (or sugar alternative), or some small bar of chocolate to mix with milk.

Genuine tip to avoid the spill of take away coffee - get a reusable cup with either a screw on or silicon sealing lid. They’re way easier to tell if you’ve closed them properly and are less likely to just burst off the cup
