It was a week when I felt the signs of spring in the satoyama. I'm glad that it makes it easier to work outside. This week was a fun week, beating soba noodles, making sukiyaki, and making cheesecake. I've only ever eaten sukiyaki made by my mother, and I want to go to a restaurant and eat it at least once, or have it eaten at home somewhere lol.
