looks good! Bang Saray seems really nice. I believe I saw where there was some infrastructure investment going on, or plans for it anyway. Like a rail link to Bangkok among other things? That would make it even more convenient (but potentially busier on weekends? lol)

Another great look around video thanks to you both. The two bed two bath condo was really nice, spacious also. The studio was nice also, but I think a one bedroom condo will be my preference for longer term stay. Good job again Darlen, your plus plus plus plus made me laugh. My retirement income is roughly $3k with some emergency cash is that a doable income for a single dude my dear brother ….What I’m seeing in way better accommodations in Thailand especially Phucket vs say Boracay ..Your area of Pattaya is a bit like Cebu.?
