That is really the home I need, forget about living in a big house with all that useless space. Compact, appealing, beautiful and it's more than enough to live happily.
So happy to see Season 2 of Living Tiny with Mr. Tiny! My sister does not think I could live like this but she is dead wrong. I can definitely see myself in a Tiny Home. Hopefully I will be able to make it happen.
This floodplain would perfect!!!! I absolutely love the split loft so much!!! I could put a single bed on each side of that loft for kids sleeping area. I just really like the layout and floor plan of this model. Very functional and my type of tiny home!!
This will be the model I buy when I am ready to retire in a few years. I really like the build in cabinets in the loft. Really wish I was wish ready to retire now.
Thank you for Season 2. My favorite part was the loft. I sew, quilt and make fabric art pictures. I would use the lofts as a studio. I would sit in a rolling chair that we could fit
The owner did a wonderful job of making this tiny home look lovingly decorated and perfectly livable. I appreciate seeing models that are lived in, gives me ideas and a better sense of space of what will, and will not work in a tiny. Thank you for allowing a tour of your home!
Love this home, the size, design, colors are perfect! It's just me and my husband and fur babies,so this would be perfect. Thank you for sharing this with us, love watching your tours! ❤️✌️
Love this Tiny! The floor plan & extra big window by the kitchen area is nice in their. It does look bigger than 399 sq. Ft., But for myself, I prefer room for at least a queen size bed in bedroom. The loft is great, cabinets in loft is a extra treat as well.
@@erinbrown6962 yes I’m in love with them especially by water I want a garden and crops too are you looking to buy one i have many ideas I sorta want to but and and build 🌻🌻🌻
@@customfittedinc wow LA I’m in Sacramento! I love the idea as well! It seems like when people downsize the things in their lives they are happier. I started getting rid of things about a month ago and it was hard at first but became exciting! I feel better mentally when things are in order and tidy lol. I have been excited and drawing floor plans but I don’t know where I can put it yet. I wish there was a tiny town up here ☺️
Lovely home, lovely decor. I really like the layout, but I wish the ceilings weren't vaulted so the loft could have more head room. I don't like the idea of crawling around on my knees up there. Very nice video and surprise at the end!
This is absolutely beautiful. Mr. Tiny, please thank the owner for letting us look at her home. What wonderful decorating ideas. She did a fantastic job!
Thanks for detailing information in regards to the cooler etc I’m interested in how the bathroom situation works more details ? etc love the water hose
Welcome back! 🙏🏼😁 love the kitchen area! Wish I lived in that area I would purchase one. I am a crafter so have lots of craft stuff. Would like a fold out table to lay out my patterns and a cabinet area with a door to slide the sewing machine into. Just a suggestion. I live in FL now and want to be hear family in VA but doesn’t seem like they are really open to tiny homes, yet! 😂🙏🏼 even if they did you wouldn’t be there with your amazing homes. But a gal can dream! 😁🌻 thanks for offering great living spaces!
This was a nice tour and I hope someone did buy the home. My guess is that she got old enough that trying to climb into the bathtub was unsafe and she had to move to someplace where she could bathe in safety. Anyway, putting in a smaller double bed was a smart move and if she was not sharing it with anyone, then you are right, it didn't become a "bed-room." Let us know what finally happened.
Like the layout and the home just not the colors, prefer the darkwood and chocolate brown interior 🥰😋, also would like a rooftop terrace, with the spiral staircase, what happen to that model?
I saw one the other day where the kitchen table folded up like a Murphy bed and had storage behind the table like spice rack when you dropped the table. It was cool
I didn’t like the gray skirting or shingles. But others are embracing the gray look since is has been the neutral look for a few seasons in decorating including exterior. In fact the exterior gray made me say battle ship gray. I do love your gale blue color.
The expanded kitchen workspace and it's storage is impressive. Really like the whole layout, use of every square foot of that space, and window placement. Carpet upstairs for noise reduction. You did some magic in 399 square feet!
The position of the stairs is Delicious and I love the Loft is well laid out. Can you include a Bathroom upstairs with the loft that will be delicious.
I love the community these are set up in...how it looks. I request a drive through video of Hidden Forest Lakes or if there are any others nearby. Having a great place to put them helps to sell them. I can see where this one is, the community has some lighting, fire hydrants, etc.
It's a beautiful home and beautifully decorated and dressed. That kitchen space looks really spacious, in fact so does the lounge. I love the carpeted loft, just makes so much sense to have carpet up there, and on the stairs too for added grip. The only thing I'd change would be the colour. I'm really not a fan of grey at all, I find it very depressing, so I'd repaint that all out. I personally prefer blues and whites together, for a fresh, bright, airy, coastal feel, partnered with natural wood. But colours aside it's a lovely little home. It would be even better close to a sandy beach! 💖
