My favorite part of the house is the screened porch w/curtains, side by side wash and dry, and all of the pantry and storage. Another nice tiny home!

This is someone’s home people. All Mike “Mr Tiny” Timmons was pointing out is that you can add your personal touches if you buy a Tiny Home from the company he works for. We all have different tastes.

Wow I love seeing these after purchase homes with client post delivery upgrades done. Gets you more ideas of how you can upgrade to meet your style or needs. Love your introduction to new models but I think post delivery is becoming more my favorite.

They did a beautiful creative job on their tiny house. All they need now is an extra closet for a few coats. Colors and some designs can be changed to please anyones taste. Good job

Love the side entrance on these smaller models. The living room doesn't become the walk-thru to get to the rest of the house. I love their bold decor, and all the handmade touches throughout. Many people are scared to customize, or don't know how, and wind up with generic white homes. Fine, if you're comfortable with that and it makes you feel safe. I think this couple would be interesting neighbors. The front porch with the breezes...wow!

Beautiful home. I love the layout especially all of the storage and the screened in porch. I’m inspired by how much additional shelves and storage ideas they’ve added. Color is a very personal preference. I guess most people are into neutrals. I personally would go with about 75% neutrals and the rest would be little pops of color here and there. However, this couple obviously enjoys bright colors, especially yellow, red and blue. It is their house after all. So, more power to them.

Love the screen in porch!. And the fact you don't have to climb stairs to a bedroom This is nice and roomy for a tiny house. I could live I this, just wish it wasn't so expensive. For 90,000.00 I would rather add a few more $ and have a real home that would last through a hurricane. It is a lovely home.💕

Is it possible to buy one as a blank slate so that I can choose my own finishes. I am very picky and I don't really want to pay for cabinet pulls, flooring and coutertops with the intention of pulling them out and replacing them.

I love all of the Americana decorations in this house and the pic of President Trump and his wife, but I think my favorite is the lovely little bathroom. So lovely and feminine Love the Macramé pieces, presumably made by the lady of the house. Love these Living Tiny torus!!!

What a beautiful tiny home. They did a great job decorating and adding a wonderful pop of color through out. I love the barn doors over the washer and dryer. Wish this model had a loft in the hallway. Maybe where one set of the hall cupboards are. Just not in the front! I wouldnt want to take away from the living space!

They did an awesome job! It looks great! I've seen tons of tiny house vids and no one does it as well as you guys (Mike) @ Recreational Resort Cottages. The light above the island is awesome! Lot's of great touches. These would make a great cabin/cottage in the mountains at a vacation property too!
