Sure! Its to do the fact that cuttings are basically like clones and so they are genetically similar to the mother plant and are not as strong or given the chance to adapt and evolve as one grown from seed. Thats a bit general but hope it helps.
Do you have to keep them that far from the house? I am getting will snipping from a man that’s in a house that is 75 years old he said all the willow he has in his yard has not been any problem.
