When it comes to living with depression, conserving energy is so crucial. It's important to choose the path of least resistance as much as you can in your every day activities and decisions.
This is why creating a routine is a huge thing I'm working on to help me build success in my life.
In this video I wanted to introduce you to my emotional support sloths, share a little about the tiktok videos I made sharing some vulnerability, discuss a little more about my healing process and why I moved to Tennessee, and remind you that you are worthy and deserving of your desires and successes.
