Living with mental illness 

In 2019,I sat at the corner of my bed holding a razor which I had just used to slit my wrists. On the table was an empty satchet of tablets which I had overdosed on tge previous day. I started this channel so I can touch the lives of people who are going through what I have been through and those who have conquered but don't know their next move is.
