Great video, Luke! And Hannes is just a legend; so nice that a man of his stature shares his car collection and more important the stories behind them. I loved it 😃👍👍👍
Thanks, Luke, for an incredible video to end the year with. I especially appreciated the Aston Martin and the story about how Carrol Shelby got his contract with Ford to build the GT40. Enjoy your break and happy new year! 🎉
Well done Luke your secret source to your car videos is always the mountains and snow back drops… and Hannes was just the icing on the top. all those stories and naming his cars, absolutely love it. You really should consider doing some more collaborations with Hannes one of the annual pilgrimages in the local car world to both of you, or a more special global video event. I watched a recent video of Sterling and it was absolutely fabulous telling us his story, may he RIP forever Great.❤ Merry Christmas to both of you from Down Under 🇦🇺 thank you for the entertainment.🍾
What a terrific character and collection. Luke, I became a subscriber this past year and have loved your films. Thanks for all you do, and excited to watch in 2024!
Great work as always! Never stop brother. I always get a feeling that I am in the car with you. Editing of the videos is perfect, and the music also. Every one is a masterpiece.
Great Video, again. And what a nice „Schmankerl“ at the end with Hannes showing his car collection or to say it in better words share his hobby with us packed in stories with so much passion 🙏👌
Happy holidays Luke! Thanks for all the marvelous cinematographic content you brought in 2023. Looking fwd to 2024. Alpine greets from Austria where I'm enjoying a ski trip in full sun these days.
Wow! What a fantastic guy. And brilliantly interviewed Luke, just to let Hannes run with his stories and passion for his cars. Next stop in 2024 Hotel Ahlberg in Lech!
Great Video as allways Luke! Couldn‘t finish it when it came out but now i did. There is is just no winterlag in your content. Each season you get the perfect vibe for the time of the year. Btw love those videos around carpassionate people and their collections. So cool to see new collections and their stories behind it on youtube. I wish you the best for 2024. Stay safe!
Lovely video, Luke. And Hannes is such a charming man - right down to his snakeskin boots. Thank you for all the wonderful inspiration this year, and I look forward to seeing you again next year. 👍🦘
Got to love the snow falling upwards, wouldn't be one of your video's without it 😉. Won't hear Newport Pagnall quite the same way ever again. Look forward to more of the same in 2024. Thanks for all the great video's this year.
Every time I visit Lech I take some time to admire the cars standing in front of the hotel. Seen the Bentley numerous times. So great to hear Hannes talk so full of passion about his wonderfull collection. Great video !
What a great tour and interview with Hannes. Great cars and I really enjoyed the stories. Luke you are correct, the stories are what make all these "things" special. Merry Christmas and enjoy some downtime.
Hey Luke, this is my first time watching your video! I own exactly the same SUV in Canada and every word spoken by you about the vehicle meets my approval 100%. It's an awesome SUV and your snowy presentation fits the bill. Hannes car collection & his passion for four wheeled machines is captivating. Thanks & keep up the great work👏
2020 Cayenne Turbo S E-hybrid owner here. It's a decent car. Most of the 9y0 users actually like the pre-facelift gen more, primarily due to cost cutting measures in the facelift. Both gens have their pros and cons, both are great. Try it before buying anything else in its segment, you'll probably like it.
Absolutely brilliant - best vid all year (on all platforms). Skied from the Monzabon a few times (couldn't afford Arlberg). Memories - brings me right back and I wished I'd known about the hidden garage!!
Have a great Christmas luke. Thank you for another great year of videos. Its brought alot of happiness, peace and passion for proper cars on proper roads
What a fantastic and enjoyable video to end 2023. What a character Hannes is, a pure petrol head and a lovely chap too. Amazing car collection and stories. Next time I’m in Lech I will definitely drop by his hotel. Love the boots 🥾🤩
Can confirm the 2024 is 10x better in the snow than the previous model. Drove yesterday on the worst conditions I've ever seen. Thick ice on the roads covered with fresh slippery snow. Was wild how well it handled. Running Pirelli Winter tires on the big rims. Its fine. The 2024 is better than the rover on snowy roads imo.
I had never driven the previous model in the snow so nice to know. I really was so impressed with this in a week of heavy winter it didn’t flinch once.
@@carswithluke What tires did you have? Yeah, they did something to improve the all wheel drive.. The car just holds straight even in powder. But the winter tires I got helped a ton.
Hello Luke!💛 As usual, High Quality for all!!! Sound, Pictures, Cars and The Person you met. Many thanks for all those fabulous moments you offer us, with such a special atmosphere. First in snow with this Cayenne Coupé S, in those magnificent landscapes.... And after, with one of Mr Hannes'passions. Simply marvelous to end the year 2023, but mainly to start 2024 too, in my case! So, many thanks again for all, Dear Luke, and 🌟🍾🥂 Happy New Year to you and your Family 🥂🍾🌟. Hope this year will bring you all The Best Things possible. Have a fine continuation, and see you. 😉👍👌💛
This or an M3 Touring? An ideal winter daily as you say Luke, and driving on the snow always fun! Lech is a super place, and the hotel Arlberg owners are very friendly.
What an awesome gentleman. With a nice sense of humor as well. It was really interesting to hear him talk about those cars. 👍 that BMW CSL is so beautiful😍
Enjoyed the Cayenne S Coupe review, especially since my ordered 2024 Cayenne S, also in Algarve Blue, arrived 3 weeks ago and I've already put 1,500 miles on it. Such a joy to drive. While I didn't opt for the Coupe (I needed the storage space of the regular Cayenne), I did order it with PASM & PDCC for superior handling, Sport Exhaust for muscle car sound, & Burmester for exquisite audio on long road trips. Acceleration, agility, and comfort all in a thrilling package with a refined interior is how I sum up my 2nd Porsche (my other Porsche is the fun 991.1 Carrera GTS). Also enjoyed the interview with Hannes. Fascinating dialogue on some of his favorite cars. Keep up the good work, Luke.
These new Cayennes are nice! I’ve had three and I just sold one but I’m keeping the old 957TTS. This man’s collection is cool! I can’t imagine having that garage flood. Yikes.
A very nice video with an unexpected but very welcome second part! I wasn't lucky enough to meet Hannes this year in June, when I admired your former GT4 RS in front of the Hotel Arlberg...
I just want to say, that this video once again perfectly transfers the feel of living with a sportscar/sporty car. I've been a car fan since I was a kid, I've been looking for my dream car for ages and the impressions I get from your videos were part of the final push that led to me picking up my dream car on Thursday. And yes, of course I'm already planning my first road trip through the Alps, partly because of your videos. Does anyone happen to know when the Susten Pass and Furka Pass will open in 2024?😅
