I always liked Liza Minelli real talent without being the expected Hollywood Beauty, her love for her parents is refreshing and the movie Arthur is a Classic, normal looking people with faults who fall In Love just beatufiu.
She is singing and dancing her heart out on that little stage and the audience is just sitting there like zombies. Do they not know they are in the presence of greatness?
This was before Phil Donahue sold out and became Springer lite. I really resented this change, as Phil's show was the only serious talk which had "some" lite, but not this bad. Phil was the talk show you could actually learn from before this.
