Moj dedek ima 90 let, ko je ta posnetek nastal je imel toliko kot jaz sedaj (33). Ta barvni posnetek pripelje preteklost v sedanjost. Dedek je z velikimi očmi pogledal tole. Hvala
This and all footage from Slovenia is a national treasure! Better then official archives of national TV Slovenia who doesn't have such high quality videos from such a long time ago and especially not colored. They have some very poor quality black and white footage from early 60s.
I was born in Soviet Russia in 1968. The first international trip I took was when I was 13, in 1980, to Slovenia. It was such a peaceful country, so calm, full of trees and birds. It was a paradise, a refuge for those of us who lived in the arms race. I returned to Slovenia in 1993, and my impression is that everything was still beautiful. I want to return again soon!
I enjoyed this;) I just had a stroll with my dog through Tivoli and Tromostovje, 5 minutes ago. It's amazing how little the Ljubljana city centre has changed since the war. Well done and thank you for sharing.
