LK Empress is a good hotel in Pattaya on Soi 12 Beach Road. The hotel is guest friendly and I thought it was a no hassles Hotel that was close to the Pattaya Nightlife. But still quiet on a night so you could sleep well.

I stayed there last year. Great locaton, can walk everywhere. The buffet is good too. I would recommend it if you want to be at the beach and close to all the action. Surprisingly quiet.
