Sorry to hear you've been bowled out for a bit ,I missed you , My mums recipe for the knee was some vit a ointment , made from fish oil . And mixed in with zinc ointment , , IT seemed to repair cartilage and synue , really well . Here in nz we use Rongoa , maori bush medicine My best repair ointment is made from a native bush ,Kawakawa , plus Kopakopa , which is plantain , and comfrey , ,it's brilliant , take care friend ❤angela nz
