This twisted tuna salad is an awesome recipe to add to your prep list! It's very easy to make, & make in bulk, high in protein, loaded with fiber, and full of micronutrients!!

2 T avocado oil
2 T mustard
1 T honey
1 t tamari or coconut aminos
1 t minced garlic
1 bag coleslaw or 1/2 head of green, 1/2 head of purple shredded cabbage
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 c diced red onion
2 cans white tuna, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
