😂 No Blackstone here as I live in a New York City apartment but since the building turn off the gas on 3/1 due to a leak all I have been using for cooking is 1 hot plate they gave us, yeah a nightmare and so my son got me an electric griddle, is a 22in Vevor from Amazon. We are all in love with it and it performs great. Smashburgers are good but the breakfast tastes just like when we buy it at the deli if not better. For sure I will be trying that super great looking quesadilla and some of your other meals. Great job! Thank you for the videos.

I hate the gas is turned off, but sounds like you found a way around it!! Just so you know, Blackstone sells a 17 inch and 22 inch electric griddle. But yeah, if you make these I would love to know how they turn out for you!! Breakfast on a griddle is hard to beat!!

Yes, but if you use fresh grated potatoes, you need to squeeze the moisture out them before cooking.

Hey HD, dig the egg and tortilla hack. I think I would try making a fajita quesadilla with chicken, green peppers and onion and maybe some jalapeno. A little salsa and sour cream on top. Now that would be my interpretation of my loaded quesadilla. GRIDDLE ON DUDE. Thanks for the video.

Man I did hear that crunch. That definitely may have to be on my table soon. Pretty awesome egg trick. I definitely want to give that a try. I might would add a little sausage gravy for dipping but then again that thing looked perfect just the way it was.

Good breakfast recipe. We add Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, thyme and a touch of basil to the hash browns. Bacon looks great, CJ knows the results of not flipping or watching the progress, he learned though and quotes you for that.

Nice upload! Had me thinking it was Saturday morning lol…but hey I’m just a novice…but it might be better to cook your hash using the residue bacon grease. Also, check out Ore Ida Crispy crowns or tater tots…just soooo good and works well with the residue bacon grease (don’t salt the potatoes).

LOL, I'm going to start trying to get two videos out a week. still keeping the Saturday slot, just trying to see what day and time during the week works best right now. I love Ore Ida Crispy rounds, might use them next time!
