I would’ve preferred tacos instead, the guacamole looks amazing and I respect he even did the totopos from scratch, just before cutting and frying the tortillas I should of save them and made tacos. But nachos are very popular in USA.
The only thing I thought was a little weird is the he put the jalapeños on the molcajete and didn’t just cut them up. But either way it looks delicious.
Uh dude? This is a normal Mexican dish. This is how things are done. We might not be making tortilla chips from scratch all the time but I appreciate how he made it as traditional as he could.

One small thing I somehow noticed that could give a little improvement is when you make Guacamole in the molcajete, I highly recommend adding cilantro when you add Jalapeño, mashing the cilantro into a paste really helps with flavor. Awesome job!
