The best Budweiser commercial ever was when they bowed and paid tribute to the people who lost their lives in the Twin Towers! I cry everytime I see it. These horses are magnificent . very beautiful
I spent four days in a hotel in Phoenix where they were making appearances - they were stabled in their huge traveling tent in the hotel parking lot. I visited them every morning while having my morning coffee. They are sweet, gentle and extremely pampered. It was a rare privilege for a lifetime horse lover to be in their presence. Very special.
The best part: I was chatting with one of the handlers when one of these pampered babies, who was munching alfalfa, took an enormous dump. Horse stops munching and looks over his shoulder to the handler. Handler immediately gets busy cleaning up the stall. Horse hoes back to munching. I said - did he just .......? "Yup, they expect an extremely high level of service!" Said the handler!😂😂. I died laughing.
I love these horses so much!! Please don't stop the Christmas commercials with them, or any other commercials or public appearances, they are incredible!
These are great horses who are treated with unimaginable care. We have Budweiser Clydsedales to thank for their enormous efforts to cheer the American people! We need it!

These are AMAZING animals. I live 10 miles away from the Budweiser Clydesdale breeding ranch (Warm Springs Ranch) and have visited these horses quit a few times. It is pure joy being around them. Their personalities are so gentle. They CRAVE human (and horse) interaction and enjoy being petted. Visitors to the ranch are allowed to pet these STUNNING creatures to their hearts content. Clydesdale horses are one of my top favorite creatures on earth.

Holy Cow! This video was sheerly a labor of love. I had no idea how time consuming this end process is. I can only imagine how time consuming setting everything up is. Thank you so very must for posting this!
In 1974 me & my first husband was at Disney World on our honeymoon & we got to stand beside a team of Clydesdales & i couldn’t believe how big & tall & calm & gentle they were & I’ll forever love them😊❤️
I have only seen them once when I stood on the first row of a parade route in 1980 and it is something I will never forget. Thanks to Bud for keeping this tradition alive and I hope you will put them back in the Super Bowl commercials. Beautiful and majestic creatures.
@Bill N I seen them once in person way back in the 60's. Huge they are. Certain they are not the same horses lol. but like you said, the tradition lives on! I must say though that I was not happy with their Holiday cans this year winter 21-22 . . they used to be like a Norman Rockwell painting but no more

Why can't we humans be as patient, self-controlled, and considerate as these beautiful horses. And they aren't described as being made in God's image. You're right they are admirable for "waiting their turn...quietly following their handlers"
Going to work every day and absolutely LOVING what you do is something not many people can say. Taking care of these gorgeous babies would be a dream job. It's hard work but so worth it. These guys are treated better than the Queen of England! LOL People had to drink a LOT of Budweiser to bring all this about. Bellissimo!!
@ Namcy McD These boys - the CLYDESDALES - are precision spot trained. Their ability to work as a team and their handlers are nothing short of stupendous. They have excellent temperaments. It goes to show what excellent handlers achieve and the excellent handlers these horses have!
@@cicelyterry2502 No. They're called handlers and trainers. All play a huge role with these horses. It's said that SECRETARIAT died of a broken heart when his "handler" passed.
My family was able to visit them once when we were in St Louis. They are exquisite creatures and well taken care of. After visiting their stables and paddocks I decided if reincarnation were a thing , I would want to come back as a Clydesdale. The employees truly love these animals. I felt very blessed to visit the facility and see them up close. The babies were the best.
I've always loved the Budweiser Clydesdale horses. Absolutely marvelous and a thing of beauty everyone should have a chance to see them. Thank you their magnificent
There are indeed way too many folks in our society who simply cannot follow instructions. Self absorbed humans who think they can do whatever they want to do.
akarpowicz it's great how quickly they take all the head gear and 'tie downs' off, the first thing they did I noticed was take the things constricting the head off :) they're absolutely stunning horses indeed
I only wonder, why can't they release it for the horses still hitched? At least just the check reign, let the horses relax their head and neck while they wait their turn to get the harness off
Crystal Meyers @ Crystal Meyers I’m amazed at how patiently the #8 horse waits his turn to get all his gear taken off! They have been trained VERY WELL! I’ve never before seen them actually being harnessed but something tells me it’s a much bigger ordeal when they’re putting all the harnesses on them than it is when they’re taking it off! My sister told me she had read that the #7 & #8 horses unbridled are the #1 & #2 horses bridled & harnesses to the wagon. That would mean they have all the harnesses & equipment the longest! Yet they stand there waiting patiently for their turn to get all the heavy harnessing off & get in their stall inside the trailer. I love watching them & hope to see them in person at some point in my life! 🙂👏😳👏
Had the pleasure of taking the Clydesdale tour at Grant's Farm in St. Louis last weekend. The horses are magnificent and happy to say I got to brush one for a few minutes or so. They are bred and raised to a very high standard of temperament. Just beautiful to witness.
Nah, people don’t mean to be rude. Most people never have an opportunity to see a horse up close. That’s just for rich people. So when you do see one….you tend to want to touch it, feel it’s silky coat, etc…… it’s like a worldly experience to touch or be near a horse. Sucks being poor….it really does.
Thank you to the patient person who took the time to make this excellent video. This is one of the few videos I've seen that made me feel like I was actually there at the event.
Hopefully one day you do get to see the Clydesdales in person because a video doesn't do it justice, they are absolutely gorgeous horses and are treated extremely well compared to most animals around. I get to see them almost every summer and let me tell you something those horses are gigantic.
To all the wonderful Budweiser personnel, the beautiful horses and all of the beautiful decorations as well as the kind person that took this photo of this event. Thank you! I felt like I was there due to your excellent photography. Also, thank you to the Budweiser Company for sharing this gift to all of us. This is a community blessing!
I was a five year old horse lover when I got the chance to meet the Budweiser Clydesdales(not these creatures of course but their predecessors) I was awestruck at how gentle and kind these creatures and the staff were. My family and I took pictures and got to pet a few of them. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience
These horses are absolutely stunning and the amount of love and care that go into them looking this good and loving their job this much is crazy😻 absolutely amazing creatures indeed!
I know this was a few years back, I just started watching this. I saw the Clydesdale Horses many years ago. Just absolutely beautiful, but then you got dumb people that don't understand the concept that these horse's have been working for 4 hours. Did these people forget their hearing aids at home. The horses and handler's need all the space they can get to get the gear off and get these beautiful horses loaded up into their trailer where they will have fans going to cool the horses. Thank you BUDWEISER, THE CLYDESDALES AND THE HANDLERS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO.❤️❤️❤️❤️
These Clydesdales are a true American Heritage! Today, in 2024, I cry when I see their commercials. Our country has gone through so much, and it is so great to see these beautiful equines in full American glory and tradition
Thanks for the video. What a majestic animal. Notice the amount of work that goes into just unbridleing the horses. I feel we take for granted the amount of labor our ancestors did. What a wonderful look back into history.
So much good boy patience...I'm in tears from how magnificent they are in both stature, and nature. And the handlers, so amazing. I love them so much The world's most cared for horses.
Amazing cold blood breed of horse. Intelligent, majestic, gentle, calm temperament. Pampered as they should be. If we could find these traits in people we would all be better off for it.
People check their brains at the door. These are about 2200 lbs or more each.. How many times do they need to say, stay out if the way? It's been 4 hours working in the hot sun. They want to be done. AND you all are getting in the way. GET IN THE SIDEWALK.AND STAY THERE.
Dachdog...I could not help but draw the similarity between these awesome animals' patience and Yahweh--so patient that people think they/He will never act otherwise.
People can CLEARLY see that they need room to load the horses and the wagon, yet they feel the need to get in the way every chance they can get. Idiots. Those stepping down off the curb to take selfies, included.
thank you1 clearly they are not happy! they are trying to get away but why would they have them out for four hrs?! I ride horses and as an 11 year old i can clearly see that they are not happy!
BTW i know that this is ok and that they treat the animals vary well. they are stunning and no body can relate to how amazing they are! nice job budweisser!
1 corinthians 15:40 40 And there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies; but the glory of the heavenly bodies is one sort, and that of the earthly bodies is a different sort. Verse 50 50 But I tell you this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s Kingdom, nor does corruption inherit incorruption. The whole chapter explains, some go to heaven to rule with Christ over the earth. There are still earthly promises. Flesh is earthly. We will have peace with all animals. ON EARTH in the future. Isiah 11:6-9. Psalms 37:9-11, 29. The hope of mankind on the earth. Soon.
These beautiful horses are more intelligent than the people watching them. At least the horses follow directions where as the people on the side can't seem to understand PLAIN English like "please back up and stay on side walk".
What people do not realize is that these " gentle giants " are animals . They are chosen for their gentle disposition but still a animal , a balloon , a child's scream, or even the heat or a bug could set them off . I am sure if someone were to get injured the lawyers would be there in a second and ruin it for everyone else in the future .
Melissa Zietz @ Melissa Zietz these assholes think that the Budweiser personnel are talking to someone else, NOT them! They have that sense of entitlement that allows them to do whatever they want to! The horses & even the dog follows instructions, why can’t the people do the same?? Back to that feeling of entitlement! 😡🤮
To the people taking pictures with the horses when you were asked not to, it's a heck of a lot better to ask politely and respect the horses. Yes the Budweiser horses are very well trained but if one of them were to spook while you were taking pictures with the horses you would get hurt quite badly if you got hit or run over.
Yes, horses can be unpredictable with crowds, noises, strange sounds, anything....and though they are horses used to being on display, and generally “bombproof “.....every horse person knows there are variables....and we always ride, knowing we are at risk...and people around horses...either those familiar or those not, must remember to be careful, watchful and alert to
Brynn F I agree with you totally, better if people would ask first, people just don't think that far in advance. I ride, so I understand very much. Especially to be kicked or step-on, by one of these would really hurt ( I'm not joking, either).
Thank you for sharing this! Just perfect from start to finish. What a team and a great team of people that handle these majestic creatures. You did a great job of filming this, totally enjoyed the entire thing.
Very well orchestrated team. PETA please note the horses are treated with the greatest care. Nice job Bud team, thank you. And if look on RU-vid you’ll find the horses don’t live in the trailers. Budweiser has stables all over the country that they take them to fir the night to whenever possible which is most of the time
So beautiful. When I was a young girl in fifties. I was friends with a boy who's father owned these beautiful horses. We would go the barn where they stayed. I was in awe of them. They are so beautiful and big love them.🐎🐎🐾🐾🐾🐾😊❤
Thanks for the nice video. I agree, people are stupid, and very lucky that the Clydesdales are so docile. Respect these wonderful horses and the people who work with them from a distance!
My vet at Countryside Vet, Cement City Michigan got to treat them when they were here. Magnificent! My great grandfather Alex MacArthur farmed with Clydesdales in Nova Scotia :)
BEYOND FANTASTIC !!!! THESE CLYDESDALES ALWAYS BRING ME TO TEARS !!!! I'VE SEEN THEM SEVERAL TIMES !!!! THE BEST THINGS ABOUT BUDWEISER IS THESE MAGNIFICANT HORSES AND THEIR BELOVED HANDLERS !!!! BLESSINGS BELOVEDS HUGS !!!! 💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝WHEN THEY SOLD ANDEISER BUSCH ???? IM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL THEY DO FOR THESE HORSES 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇 I LOVE YOU CLYDESDALES ALWAYS 💖🇺🇸😇💦🎁
Magnificent! The horses not the clueless humans! You maintained a hella alot better than I would have, in which there would have been missing sound.☺️ TYVM!
the proof is on them you idiot, do you think horses are naturally bourn with stumps for tails. docking may have helped horses once upon a time when they were working in poor factories that didn't have time to actually help them but today it is so unnecessary. if they get the best care in the world why can't their handlers spend 20 minutes braiding or just cutting the tail. besides it serves more of a purpose than being a pretty accessory they need it to swat flies away, imagine being left in a fly infested field with no arms because some one decided they were a hindrance to you. not that these poor horses get any time in the fields any way
Sola Fide...I think they do--the smallish, senior gent in the red shirt and khaki cap chewing his gum like crazy. I'd say he's been with the animals and Budw. for decades.
Seen them in person at a employee picnic for Food Lion , they are awesome . So well groomed , so big , so organized . We walked up to the stagecoach with the Dalmatian dog sitting on top and he looked right at us , tilted his head back + forth , just like he does on TV . We watched him do it over and over when people went to see him . Class Act here , folks .
People never listen! These are majestic beautiful animals that are hot and tired and they don’t need to be touched or bothered by strangers! I love My Majestic Clysdales!
Arachnofondler They are mass bred, hudrends of foals born each year with females being bred again as soon as they stop nursing, and only the ones who have the iconic colour are kept all others are discarded. Their tails are dock, where most of their vertebra are removed and the poll strap forces their heads up and causes neck weakness among many other problems as well as being horribly uncomfortable. How would you like to hardly be able to move your head? See the horses shaking their heads? That means they are in extreme discomfert at having their heads tied and forced up, also the type of bit they are using is incredibly painful and can cause mouth weakness, see how they had to wipe away their foaming mouths? These animals are horribly mistreated and people should NOT be defending them and their animal abuse practices, what they do is literally classified as animal abuse in many countries and horribly frowned upon in the US as it is. Its terribly sad how people think what they do is ok :(
When I was a young bloke at school I had the pleasure of caring for a pair of these gentle animals owned by our local milkman. He used them to pull a drop centre milk float that my dad made for him so he didn't have to drive a noisy vehicle when delivering the milk. I also used to go out with him during school holidays to help him with deliveries. I would muck out their stables and give them a bath and feed them before going to school and after school would finish the work I hadn't done. I loved it but found it necessary to watch my footwork when one of them stepped on my left foot. Found out the hard way how heavy they were. It was my fault and I learned quick how to move faster after I got out of hospital and my foot still sometime gives me a bit of trouble time to time.I was about 13/14 then and I am now 85. Shows how much they can impress you don't it???? lol long lasting memories for sure.
A very special thank you to the person who filmed this video. He/she started at the beginning and filmed until everyone was loaded and ready to go! I loved that they stayed right with the whole process. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Incredible footage!
The horses are much better trained than those people who have to be asked multiple times to move back. Being stepped by one of those horses could be painful!🐎🐎
I Love! Love! Love Budweiser Clydesdales' horses! Can hardly wait to them here in Columbus & Starkville, Mississippi Tomorrow! My life long dream in finally getting the chance to see them In Person! Go Budweiser! Go Clydesdales! Sincerely, RJConner
Great video! What a slick operation. I just love the Clydes, and that they're so loved and cared for, not just a commodity or a vehicle or a marketing tool. I bet they all had water, a rub-down and a haynet full of hay before the buggy itself was even loaded. Thanks for posting this.
