Hello sir kindly i have a question..don't ignore me.. If one calculate the loan amortazation and doesn't round off the decimals..will one be penalized??
You just wrote the whole digits for example... 46500.5678 instead of rounding it off to a whole number..can one be penolized..or will one just get the whole marks awarded without rounding off the digits
I'm not sure your computation is right i tried using your 220000/6.1116 is not the same as your 53,510 it always shows me 35,997.1202 this just confused me even more than before.
December 2013 Q2c c) Shadrack Chando borrowed Sh.80,000 from XYZ commercial bank at an interest rate of 1.25% compounded monthly. The loan is to be amortized using the reducing balance method and be repaid in 12 equal monthly installments payable at the end of each month. Required: A loan amortization schedule The PVIFA I am getting is 5.660292 and monthly deductions 14,133 is this accurate?
Thank you so much, I had a assignment about loan amortization schedule for semi annual, but I had not known about PVIFA formula on how to go about. Your teaching an eye opener. Deadlock is over know💪
Sir please do you have to write a note there to indicate that you adjusted the principal paid to get a value of zero for the remaining principal.. Or that is not necessary please sir?
The Sealed Portion Chapter 88 46 And the great river Euphrates gave its life giving waters to the city of Babylon in times of old. And John hath used this city of Babylon as an example of the great wickedness and worldly desires of men. Therefore, when this angel poureth out his vial upon the great river Euphrates, this meaneth that the source of all of the worldliness and greatness of the world shall dry up and cease from giving unto the people of the earth the fine and precious things of the earth which their hearts desire and their souls are set upon. 47 And this shall affect greatly the economy of the beast throughout the world. And once the economy of the earth hath failed miserably, or once the waters of the great river Euphrates have dried up, so that they no longer give life to the great city of Babylon, then shall the world be prepared for the second coming of the Lord, and the people of the world shall also be prepared to receive the word of God which shall proceed forth from his mouth.
