I ended up not straining the stock thru cheese cloth . This is the best batch of Lobster Stock I have made Yet!

just destroyed 5 delicious lobsters, gonna use them shells. thanks for this video. you should do a follow up video where you make lobster mac n cheese or something with the stock. cheers

The shells are uncooked , from raw lobsters ,That makes a big difference .Thx for asking , I should have mentioned that in the video.

Never put salt in any stock.Salt should be added when making whatever dish you are making.

That's right. You don't put salt in your stock because if you reduce your stock then it becomes too salty
