When your family likes to get lobsters since they're relatively cheap recently, you're going to have a bunch of leftover heads and shells so why not make use of them and make some lobster bisque?
Lobster Bisque
~4lbs lobster shells
1 onions
2 carrots
4 celery stalks
28oz canned tomatoes
1cup of rice
spices of choice (I used some chili powder)
