I usually ordered food minimum 2 servings of variety dishes, after watching this, IF I were able to visit his place, maybe single serving is good enough for me. It's rare to see a restaurant serves a large portion of food like this. To be honest, sensei's fried rice looks delicious 😋 and I'm drooling 🤤.

Rice is cheap for the price regarding fried rice but the Chashu pork slices and their thickness is clearly a value. I'd eat there without hesitation.

'Tama' means one roll of noodle. 'Katai' means hard boiled, 'Nama' means more hard boiled. These are unique rules of this shop, so you can't use those words in other shops. This shop is the special in Fukuoka where is sanctuary of the Tonkotsu Ramen. But please be careful. The taste of this shop is very unique, it is not represent the Ramen.
