Lock and Unlock multiple BitLocker drives instantly in 1 SECOND. I wish I had been told this earlier

The batch file will lock the BitLocker drives D and E, in that order.
In general, @echo off should be used at the beginning of all batch files. However, it is fine to use echo off this time.
