There used to be a delivery charge of 500/- but now it looks like the prices of the boxes have increased and they are not charging any delivery charge..

Do we have to choose only from their listed titles or any title from the site can be added to box?

They have a catalogue. Recently they have provided a search option - So you can search for the book.. however, you can only add those titles that they sell! Hope that answered your question!
