I don't if it gets mentioned but as you are at the point I am writing this I will just say it... the RAM was bugged, the computer required DDR4 Ram the blue one was the only DDR4 the green ones were DDR3 so never would have worked they were more like red herrings

I think there is a bug with the ram and screw driver and installation. My first attempt with this room the screw driver was missing and I had to restart. You installed the ram without removing the cover. Which I couldn't do
