Gabe I have two nephews who bled green and gold of the team we are playing tomorrow, and they both ended up at the school in Austin. Both of my kids didn’t go to Tech, despite my efforts. You never know what a child will do. I spent most of my life in Austin, and ended up at Tech. Almost fifty years later, I am still around 😂
@@JasonBaumgardner I don’t disagree, I think Morton is a fantastic QB. But I also think the evidence is clear that he isn’t going to be beating anyone with his legs on any consistent basis is all.
On the possible recruiting flips, I think we lost some commitments to a couple of schools who might not have the same head coaches over the next couple of weeks….
I think I’d add Gabe Rivera. Think that would help our d enough to win out the big 12 with our current offense. Pat might still lose if we can’t stop someone. Gabe would disrupt anyones pass game so much even in todays game. The double teams would free up the rest of the dts and our insane linebackers.
I don’t get the Hudson redshirt thoughts. The chances of him sticking around her for that 5th year are slim to none. He either would ball out the next couple years and goes pro after his jr year maybe even pull a Crabtree and leave after his redshirt sophomore year, or he doesn’t live up to hype and transfers after a couple years. Either way we lose nothing by playing him, and like Casey said I think he still will contribute as the season goes on.
