FINALLY!!!! I got to ride the service elevators! Easy access on the 5th floor. Notice how they are on seperate controllers. One serves the residential floors, the other one ONLY serves hotel floors. All floors are completely locked with a key-card reader, but on the right elevator, it automatically went down to 1 and opened up into a stockroom. Yeah, I almost got stranded in there, but I heard an employee got on the other elevator, so I pushed the "DOOR OPEN" button and found him and finally, he escorted me out of there.
