Lol!!! I laughed too, Liam and IT WAS HAPPENING TO ME. When I watched the video, I didn't realize how funny I looked but I was freaking out about that stupid door closing on me.
I feel sorry for ya Miss Hood. These things do happen. Does your bus have an external storage bay? If so, and heaven forbid it doesn't lock automatically, just put a small foldable step ladder in there. Then that back door will be no problem. If this would not be an option just keep a large wood block or step ladder in the car. Don't worry about being short. There is a guy on RU-vid here that runs one of those big Rotator recovery trucks and he keeps a step ladder on it cause as he says "he is so short". Calls it his short person helper. Ahh even then manual doors lock you out! You get the maintenance people who come sanitize all the buses and slam it shut you’re locked out when you come back in the morning! I’ve had to huff my big but in through the back at 6am no fun! Lol

Uhhh . . . that really happened to me Ashley. I was getting ready to film something else but when I got locked out, I had to follow through with it. So I did a little acting but running to the door when it shut was REAL! and funny.
Happened to another driver in my lot on a cold start morning. Someone started her bus but left the door charged. Luckily I was still there and at 6 ft I can easily climb in the back.
