In this video we walk around the suburb of Lockridge in Perth, Western Australia. It's an interesting suburb with a variety of different housing options.
The houses are on large blocks and the prices are still reasonable - especially considering the prices in the neighbouring suburbs.
This is a suburb that has a great location and lots of potential.

They started bulldozing lockridge 3 story flats in 91/92 didnt finish til 98/99 place used to look like england from aerial view shots on wa state library , u couldnt get insurance there back in the day , glad when i bought me first house they were all gone coz it was dodgy back in 2006 , big blocks close to the city, il always have a soft spot for good old locko

It's good that all the flats are gone. They were a trouble magnet. We didn't realise it was so bad you couldn't get insurance.

We didn't encounter any in Secret Harbour or hear of any from anyone else. Secret Harbour seems to be a good suburb.

It is extremely run down. Not much pride by the residents in how their houses look. Having an old house doesn't mean it has to be run down and no maintenance undertaken.

Nasty people live Rubbish and go away.always put their rubbish in my skips when we doing building job .most of the time in quiet places like this suburb.
