We live in Perth, Western Australia and with more people than ever wanting to move here we thought it would be great to give people some information on the different suburbs and what housing options are available. We will also showcase some of the top attractions and activities in Perth to do.

Although Perth and other areas in Western Australia will be the main focus of our channel, we'll also be uploading videos from places that we visit on vacation.

On the weekends and public holidays you can park for free at His Majesty's Theatre. Otherwise you will need to pay for the parking and it varies in price depending on where you park.

Certainly is. Every time you blink it seems to be going up. The younger generation is definitely being priced out of the market unless they use the 'bank of mum & dad'.

They are all reasonably close to the city and still affordable. They are the type of suburbs which generally do increase in capital growth and usually rent very quickly. We believe these suburbs are good to invest in.
We would personally choose Wilson but it depends on what you're looking for. Each suburb has its own pro's and cons and it's best if you research each one in depth if you want to move there.
Secret Harbour, Golden Bay & Singleton are the best suburbs in Rockingham, although they are south of Perth they have a lovely layback lifestyle that inner city suburbs don’t have.
You're certainly a South African from your action. South Africa is worst when it comes to crime rates. Why not you go back to South Africa & report on crime rates there?
If not already installed add $10,000.00 to the cost of homes in these areas for home security invest in deadlocks, security window screens and doors, a high quality burglar alarm as the minimum. Cameras, flood and sensor lights as extras if you can afford it.
It is extremely run down. Not much pride by the residents in how their houses look. Having an old house doesn't mean it has to be run down and no maintenance undertaken.
Nasty people live Rubbish and go away.always put their rubbish in my skips when we doing building job .most of the time in quiet places like this suburb.
