@magicbricks kindly review lodha palava downtown phase 2. I bought this 2 bhk appartment in 2015, under construction. It costed 69.5 L. Got possession in 2019. The project is good but there are very low rental income and resale value is just 52L - 54 L for 2 bhk. We need to know why this is happening? If phase 3 with configuration of 1 bhk, under construction, people are ready to pay 57 L why don't the price of 2bhk is going up? Feel cheated by Lodha.
You are right, i believe price is not moving up due to non connectivity of this project as it's too far from everything and as you mentioned new units are being sold out at 57L is just because people are getting fooled by their sales team.

@@magicbricks Thank you for reply there are many upcoming projects in Kalyan West especially from these brands Tycoons, Tharwani, Dream and Seasons can you give a rough idea about these projects it will help many home buyers in Kalyan because these are dominating project in this locality.
Lodha one of the worst builders as they make false promises to customer we bought flat near this project and they did false marketing. I would suggest to go other local builder as compare to lodha highly recommended.
