Good analysis...The slow pace is due to residential patches coming in between the project work. Also the project cost will increase due to delays. At this pace, It will take another 5 years for the project to complete.

Is this a 4 lane highway? By the time this will complete the load on these areas will require 8 lane highway due to increase in residential properties. This area is 30 yrs behind.

Are the residents legally constructed or again a new Dharavi of Thane district in small patches. Some strict laws are needed from Indian constitution for such types of project. ddev

These are very good residences in comparison to many locations from Kalyan Dombivli. Has high potential to become a prime location. One among them is Khadakpada besides Kalyan ring road and Thakurli 90 Feet near Phase 3.

Nice video. Being from this region, I understand Ring Road is such a great connectivity, but completely meaningless at this point due to land acquisition. In fact, Mothagaon - Mankholi bridge is of next to no use for the major population without completion of Ring Road.

Land acquisition law has been identified by the judiciary as a draconian British law, which demands an immediate amendment. For land acquisitions to happen fast, the government needs to fix up lucrative compensations, so that people start queuing up to offer their land for acquisition 😊 The projects never get stalled or delayed. And such an endeavor saves time and money to achieve sustainability

@@ABHISHEKPATHAK49Either politicians and corporators themselves or their supporters keep aquiring the land when they know it will go to the govt. They then let the price escalate to very high only then allow it aquisition. When they are from opposition then they keep it stuck in legal battles and exort money from other households stating they will get higher price if followed them. Politics is dirty business and the criminals in that field get power and money at the expense of country development and high taxes.

Very true, Land acquisition is a big hurdle, But the land acquisition law needs amendments. There has to be a stringent law governing land acquisition, The acquisition process shouldn't take time, more than a year, While, the government, in accordance with the judiciary, must pass a law and workout a win-win program for both parties.

Road widening is not an answer to congestion, Instead, FORMATION of a ring road, and shifting most of the public and semiprivate establishments there would potentially flush traffic out and ease the citycenters to a greater extent for a better quality of life.

This would take another 10 years in the very least to complete. Not to mention whether a 4-lane ring road, which is not even access controlled is going to alleviate the current time and traffic issues. Even the Mankoli bridge would not help much as there is no proper access to it from the Dombivli-West region. Kalyan-Dombivli and the surrounding areas have to be the worst managed areas in the whole MMR despite housing a very high population which travel to Mumbai daily for work. Pathetic long-term planning and absence of intent to get things done.

For ring road projects to succeed, the government needs to bring in stringent acquisition laws, especially for national and state projects, but only In accordance with the judiciary, for a win-win program for both the parties. Until then, such programs get delayed and sometimes stalled, Instead, the government must demonstrate a big brother role and proceed further to success.

Bhai why dont you make video on vasai virar which is left behind in development because of political party in vasai virar. Bridge from vasai west to Bhayander West Joining dahisar and borivali west is not made by these people it will reduce vasai travel time to mumbai by 1 to 2 hours as per traffic it is ignored

Will this road be connected to the Kalyan-Latur expressway, and will the expressway be connected to the Delhi-Mumbai expressway? Goveli in Titwala is an ideal location for such an interchange.

Nice information. New complexes have begun to develop along the proposed ring road and property rates have already shot up. The municipal authorities would be smiling for they would receive more property tax but I am certain the project would take another five years to complete.

We have mahada for poor urban citizens. Let MAHADA allot flats for the rightfully displaced citizens. No citizen should be made homeless. By the way complete KDMC is unplanned. Can anyone see MMRDA station road constructed and demolished. Can any see the snaky alignment of this ring route, can anyone plan like this??.
