Why on Earth would you want Municipal Water on a property like that? That's ridiculous I'd rather have a well. The money wouldn't have been much better spent on a well.
I'm starting to think, this looks like it was made for me... I might have pretty good ideas of how to finish it off... the more I see it, the more I fall in love with it... let me talk to my roommate....

Yo dude buy a flashlight & carry it with you at all times! [You can get one with a beer bottle opener- I know that's your motivation] No point in driving all that way to show a property & then saying its pitch black can't show you & then describe what is there- True?!!?
Victoria Winter It's not an old house, it's built in Federalist style, but it's brand new. If finished correctly though, it will look like Washington could have slept there.
I saw this it got sold so why do u not get it off the shelf coz it's sold dam I like that place but u play if I wanted a tour of houses I would go to Hollywood California dam get your act together so people can know and. Make decisions.

Hi lloyd sampson, The median lot size of a new single-family detached home in the US sold in 2015 dropped under 8,600 square feet for the first time since Census Bureau’s Survey of Construction (SOC) started tracking the series. An acre is 43,560 square feet, so the current median lot size is just under one-fifth of an acre. In 2014, Paul Emrath used a football field analogy to help visualize the median lot size that proved to be very popular. So using a football field as a measuring stick, 5.6 median lots would fit between the goal lines of a football field in 2015. source: eyeonhousing.org/2016/07/lots-in-2015-are-smallest-on-record/ Get on our VIP List to know of new properties - BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder
These very old videos of great property are just to bait you into going on their website. I've seen plenty of these properties thatve been long ago sold off.

it's beautiful but why would they make it like that would half wood and have logs why amd hafl stone I don't understand why they would make something like that it looks ugly like that I'm sorry to say but it does look at Julie
WOW! I wish every house were built like this today! What a step a way from your standard throw-it-together cookie cutter suburban home. I had no idea it was new until you mentioned that it was unfinished.
How much it costs to be done one shouldn't be interested. Once it is done, it is like for an old car - it becomes cheaper and cheaper each year, so you sell it all as a whole as a used stuff that does not compete with new.
very serious cash buyer interested in this property-unfortunately poster does not share the status of these-I would think it would be a quick easy task for them-it would probably only takes a minute to update these youtube postings which would save time for interested parties not inclined to call about every listing-think about how inconvenient and time consuming that is......if it were me I would raise the quality bar of what I do and update every single one out of courtesy and of course to promote a better relationship with potential prospects-most of these are old an useless and wasting my precious time!
+not available WOW, this is AWESOME feedback. This property IS available - if you'd like to see it, all you have to do is click on the link in the description for the number --- simply call Ken 859-494-5521, he's the agent.

$495000.00 is price for unfinished house and 40 acres. Price for house and advertised acreage is 550--560 they don't know . so is this a fraction or what. Also they say less land lower price . But the 495 is not the price that is the reduced price. It will take over 100,000.00 to make this home habitable. Pay attention!
Robert Gentry JR sort of ------ the price on this farm with 205 acres is 495,000. With 40 acres, they are asking 395,000. And you are correct, it will take 75-125 to finish it - depending on the level of fixtures you use. go to "Your Perfect Property" at bluegrassteam.com/homefinder/ - it only takes a few seconds to fill out your needs and wants and we will start sending you properties that meet YOUR criteria. I live in Kentucky myself, just outside Danville, roughly 30 miles. I would love to be able to buy that house and land. I would turn it into a hunting lodge during deer and turkey seasons. with 205 acres that would be a great area. rest of the year I would just live in it. great video Mr. Simmons.
It looks like there have been some extra work done on the Wake Robbins homeplace since I watched the first video. This is the most fantastic place I've ever seen! I absolutely love the house! However, I don't know what I would do with 4-5000 sq. Ft. I hope someone gets it that will treat that house with the respect that it deserves. Updating is great if it is done within the style and keeping of that time period. I think it just screams "old European money, lol."
Brad Simmons I just looked at it! in fact I have watched about 6 or 7 of your videos already this morning! let me take a look back through and I'll take notes on the ones that really interest me. I'll be right back. if they are sold, and I'm sure some have sold a long time ago. Maybe you can do a little searching for me? I've been to the Keeneland sale once before but that's my only experience with Kentucky. after watching your videos I'm ready to come take a look.
