Logan Immersion Event 

Logan Together recently hosted over 20 invitees from executive levels of the Australian and Queensland Governments, welcoming them into the heart of our community in Logan as part of an Immersion Event.
This event served as a platform to share our unique experiences and insights as a community-led Collective Impact initiative. Our aim was to deepen the understanding and relationships between community members and government leaders, exploring the question: "What would it take to break down barriers, shift power, and create meaningful change for Logan’s children?"
Deep immersion took place over the two days and included yarning circles with Gnirigomindala Karulbo and visits to Eagleby South State School. The event was co-designed by the #Logan Community, the Australian Government Department of Social Services, and the Queensland Government Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities, and the Arts, and supported by the Logan Together team.
